Common questions
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can describe how your business runs day to day, that's enough. We don't need access to code or an IT department.
Will you try to sell me software on the call?
No. The deliverable is a written plan you keep. We may mention tools by name — including "skip this" — but this isn't a software sales pitch.
What about patient or client privacy?
We flag what should never go into AI (health info, payments, etc.) as part of the audit. We don't put your data into AI tools during the engagement.
When do I pay?
After a short intro call — not before. If it's a fit, we send a secure payment link. The audit starts once that's done.
How is this different from hiring an AI consultant?
